We emphasize the importance of accuracy in providing delivery addresses during the order placement process. It is essential to note that we cannot assume responsibility for inaccuracies in addresses provided by clients. Regrettably, redirection or reshipment of deliveries to alternative addresses is not feasible under any circumstances.
In our commitment to equitable service provision, we maintain the prerogative to impose a delivery fee of Rs. 149 for all orders. Additionally, we reserve the right to disable the cash on delivery option for accounts exhibiting a disproportionate frequency of returns and rejected shipments relative to the total value of orders placed.
Our standard delivery timeframe is within 7 days from the date of order placement.
Given the nature of our electronically delivered services, physical shipping is not applicable. Consequently, we do not offer provisions for modifying delivery addresses.
